Full Rotary/Intermittent Offset Printing Machine

• Digitalized offset press: Ani-Print Inking System

  
  The most advantageous feature of Ani-Print Inking System is the zoneless short inking unit. Via ceramic cell screen inking system with superb dampening circulation solution, operators can easily achieve finely ink-water balance. In addition, it not only provides consistent ink application but also accelerates the printing set-up time, which dramatically reduces make-ready times. Compared to traditional Offset printing machine, the wastes can be saved up to 90%. Together with special design of inking form rollers, the printing quality can be perfectly fulfilled without ghosting.

  Double ink layer thickness (3~4u) than conventional UV offset printing (2u); four times thicker ink layer than conventional sheetfed offset printing (1u); change to lower meshes Anilox ink fountain cylinder is around equal ink layer thickness as flexo printing (4~5u).

• Intermittent Offset

  
  Concerning about the normal Intermittent Printing System, the most obvious advantage is the better flexibility, which can achieve printing jobs in different sizes via simple customized operation without changing cylinders. However, there is always give and take. The biggest defect of normal Intermittent Printing System is the drawing back of material by a drive roller in terms of different length setting and then the material would be scratched easily. Furthermore, it cannot equip Corona Treater, Web Guide System and Cold Stamping Station, etc. This is really limited for the printing convenience and accuracy by traditional system.

  Labelmen R&D department realized customers’ needs and made a breakthrough that other competitors’ cannot catch up. With the Innovative and Special Tension Control System, after Full Rotary unwinding, RS-350PS can equip the Corona Treater, Web Guide System and Cold Stamping Station, etc. Unnecessary drawing back the material, it can be feeding smooth with intermittent printing actions then rewinding in Full Rotary after printing. In addition, the Martin Non-Stop Butt Splicer, Turret Rewinder and Accumulator can be installed in order to enhance efficiency and reduce wastes.

• Multi-Functional Flexo Printing Station

  
  RS-350PS equips a Multi-Functional Flexo Printing Station, which perfectly fulfill customers’ various requirements.

  With this useful device, the far better opaque white 1st color printing can be completed before Offset printing. In addition, either Cold Stamping or Back Side/Adhesive Side Printing can be attained via the Multi-Functional Flexo Printing Station. This overcomes what normal Intermittent Printing System cannot achieve. Not only improve printing flexibility and variety but also save lots of time and manpower costs for the 2nd pass production.
