Monotech installs RICOH Pro C9500 at Thirupaty Designerrz

Tamil Nadu-based commercial printer invests in digital production to expand capacity and address growing demand for short-run, high-quality print. 

Erode, Tamil Nadu: Monotech Systems has installed a RICOH Pro C9500 digital production press at Thirupaty Designerrz, a commercial printing company based in Erode. The investment is aimed at enhancing the company’s production capabilities while supporting increasing demand for premium commercial print and faster turnaround times. 

Established in Erode, Thirupaty Designerrz serves a diverse customer base across commercial printing, marketing collateral, educational material and customised print applications. According to the company, the new production press will enable higher productivity, improved colour consistency and greater media flexibility, allowing it to handle a wider mix of print jobs. 

Speaking about the investment, Mr. GT. Raam Thanasegar,  Managing Partner & Mr. J.Senthilkumar Managing Partner, Thirupaty Designerrz, said the decision was driven by changing customer requirements and the need to improve production efficiency. 

“The market is moving towards shorter runs, quicker delivery and consistent print quality. We wanted a production press that could help us meet these expectations while giving us the flexibility to take on a broader range of work,” said Mr. Thanasegar.

The RICOH Pro C9500 is designed for high-volume digital production and supports a broad range of media, enabling printers to produce commercial print, books, direct mail, marketing collateral and value-added applications on a single platform.
