Monotech Systems Showcases Made-in-India Innovations at PAMEX 2026
At PAMEX, Monotech Systems reinforced its position as a technology-driven production powerhouse by showcasing its indigenously developed digital embellishment and high-speed inkjet solutions. The company highlighted its commitment to advancing automated, digital-first print production through strong in-house R&D combined with global technology collaborations.
Speaking at the event, TP Jain, Managing Director, Monotech Systems Ltd., shared that the company’s focus is firmly on enabling the print industry’s transition to digital platforms, offering scalable and future-ready solutions for evolving market demands.
PixelGlow Takes Centre Stage
Monotech Systems’ in-house embellishment brand, PixelGlow, was a key attraction at the show with two flagship systems on display — Vertex and Lumina.
Vertex, an AI-driven digital embellishment system, is engineered for high-end UV and foiling applications, enabling printers to deliver premium tactile effects.
Lumina offers similar embellishment capabilities in a more compact footprint, making advanced finishes accessible to a wider range of print businesses.
These solutions empower printers to move beyond conventional CMYK printing and create value-added applications for sectors such as interior décor, photo albums, and premium packaging.
KnowzzleJet MM 880: Redefining High-Speed Inkjet Production
Another major highlight was the KnowzzleJet MM 880 from Monotech Systems’ JetSci Global brand — an ultra-high-speed monochrome inkjet web press. While the machine’s full footprint could not be accommodated at the booth, the company detailed its industry-first capabilities
The KnowzzleJet MM 880 is positioned as the world’s widest inkjet web press with integrated inline folding and glueing. Powered by Memjet technology and driven by the Xitron RIP, this Made-in-India press is capable of producing up to 44 million impressions per month. It is specifically designed to address the growing demand for short-run book printing and high-volume variable data applications.
Ready for the Future of Print
Looking ahead, Monotech Systems expressed a positive outlook for 2026, driven by increasing demand for short-run printing in books and labels, as well as the rapid adoption of embellishment for premium labels and packaging.
Highlighting the industry’s shift toward automation, TP Jain noted that innovations such as inline folding and glueing on the KnowzzleJet MM 880 directly address the need for reduced manpower, faster turnaround times, and greater production efficiency — helping print businesses stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
