KS Rayal Press upgrades to RICOH for enhanced prints

New Delhi, August 06, 2025: One of the oldest printing companies in Vellore, KS Rayal Press has been in business over the last 51 years, engaging in both traditional and modern printing activities. The company’s digital printing has recently been escalated to a whole new elevation with the installation of a new RICOH Pro C7500 digital colour production press, which is supplied & installed by Monotech Systems Limited, an authorised distributor of RICOH and other reputed global brands of machines in India.

Robust and compact, RICOH Pro C7500 with its 5^th Color Station containing 7 additional tonners is an epitome of 11-colour printing. Capable to operate at an adjustable speed of 95ppm, this RICOH digital production press delivers graphic prints in 2400x4800dpi on varied media ranging from 40gsm up to 470gsm. “Print innovation is totally redefined by the new RICOH Pro C7500 as we use white ink too for speciality printing or print embellishments,” mentions Mr Thilak.

Nevertheless, RICOH Pro C7500 is bundled with EFI® Fiery® Digital Print Servers which optimises efficiency and print quality. Fiery® Command WorkStation® in the servers flawlessly facilitates precise job management and colour control, which eventually helps KS Rayal Press engage in quick production of high-quality graphics and personalised prints with the RICOH’s advanced variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.
